Pieces of brake components on my vehicle were missing after a free brake inspection. Even had fresh shaved down metal after driving home and they added/ overfilled the brake fluid. Thusly staining my garage floor. Was told I'd be called back with an explanation and never was.

Thusly staining my garage floor. Was told I'd be called back with an explanation and never was. Edit: the only response on my comment from owner is about how they don't take brakes apart to look. And no acknowledgement the fresh metal i saw when I got home, this could've been my life. On a phone call with this company they tried to blame myself for not informing them on missing pieces, when I stated before the Inspection it's a newly purchased vehicle and I want to see what the problem is. They blamed me for their job. And they did provide a service of adding brake fluid without Informing me. Im thoroughly disappointed at the dishonesty.

I always go to Honest-1 for my oil changes, I had a service engine light come on so I called back to get it checked out before a long camping trip out west. Chris got me in the same day, upon vehicle inspection it turned out my rear wheel bearings and battery were completely shot which would have made my trip pretty miserable had my car broke down. I’m thankful for quality service and care that Chris provided to reassure me that I’d have a safe trip! Plus: my car is a LOT quieter now. I had no idea it was supposed to sound this way because of an issue with my wheel bearings that I was unaware of for so long. Thanks again to Chris and the Honest-1 Auto team!

This place is the epitome of professionalism of good customer service, technical competency, and, apparently, a professional shop operation. Their price $85 (after a $30 coupon) for a 4.5Q full synthetic Amsoil oil change was reasonable enough, for today’s prices. A conventional regular oil change would have run $60 bucks there. They made some useful suggestions for preventative maintenance also. Their estimate software is really excellent!

I received excellent service. I brought my car in for one repair and they told me there were a couple other issues. They squeezed me in to take care of an urgent problem. From now on I will go to Diamond Honest Auto 1 for car repairs. Great experience

Check engine light on and they can't even look at it until next Wednesday.
