Chris, the Asst. Mgr is always very accommodating when I need to make an appt. I live quite a distance so I usually stay in the lobby. It is always clean and frequently has snacks. Coffee etc. The mechanics take pride in thete work and always go beyond the standard. I know they are a bit more expensive but they use new parts a d offer coupons. I like having all my work done at the same shop for record keeping history.

Friendly, prompt customer service. Also have good coffee (very important if U are waiting), & snacks.:)

Got my vehicle’s ac recharged and was able to drop it off one day and pick up the next. Works like a charm. They also did a vehicle check and gave my a heads up about a few things going on with my vehicle! Thanks Chris!

I brought my vehicle here excepting great and “honest” repair hence the name. It’s a misleading name. Dishonest and unprofessional. I was charged 150$ for diagnostic work? Quoted 130 per hour. A cost nothing radiator bleed? with refusal of repair. Go here if u like being talked down to and over, and hung up on. They also ask for personal information and I thought they were joking, last four digits of s.s.# mothers maiden name? Weird then hostile. Save your self a headache. I wish I had. Egotistical lazy shop that prays on your needs. Wouldn’t give me the 25$ dollar off over 150 or higher coupon they advertise off my bill because I did have my phone with me... I reply you have a computer right in front of you, u can’t look it up? I have three websites it’s kinda of hard to keep track of all my coupons. LaZy, with a capital z, no care at all given. Stick to oil changes if you go to this “shop”. Thanks again
