Staff is amazing. The place is super clean and they have refreshments and even a small place outside where you can wait, if the weather is nice.

Chris made me feel as if he were taken care of his own car when I had my work done. I left feeling like I was driving a very safe newer car. The price was reasonable. All involved were very friendly. I've had several great experiences with Honest-1, Diamond Lake Auto Repair. The dealer of the car I own exaggerated problems/lied several times that I know of about repairs needed and cost of those repairs. I did not trust them when they gave me quotes for a lot of work that needed to be done. I took it to H-1 and they gave me a more realistic assessment of the work, then did the work for $2,000 less than the dealer was going to. In another case, something was wrong and it sounded really, really bad and made the entire car shake. I thought it was going to be a huge expense, but these guys were honest and told me it was an minor issue which the fixed in an hour for less than $200. These guys are honest, quick and do great work. I highly recommend them.
