I've been in twice for oil changes and they tried to sell me unnecessary repairs each time

John, every oil change gets a complete comprehensive inspection, and we look up scheduled maintenance recommended by the vehicle manufacturer during your visit. We use Pro Demand a third-party site for manufacture recommendations, we can supply you a copy of the Pro Demand recommendation. The choice of completing the recommended services is up to the customer, we just want to ensure we inspect and inform you about your vehicle! It is never our intention to sell unnecessary repairs. They Have Awesome quick and Efficient Service and they are Very Knowledgeable. Thank you Chris for your time and efforts in getting me my car back as soon as possible.

I love honest-1! I always receive great service and all employees are kind and courteous. Recently I brought my car in because I had a leak in one tire. I didn’t call ahead I just stopped by since I live so close and was passing by. They didn’t have any appointments but chris came out and looked at it and promised they could fix it that day and have it back by the time I needed to pick up my kids. An hour later it was fixed! This was for a $60 repair. The last time I had a problem they got me in that same day and the tech stayed an hour past closing to make sure I had my car back. Chris and the Honest-1 crew are amazing!
