Although my oil pan replacement was an unexpected but necessary repair, the team gave me incredible service by driving themselves to get the necessary parts from their other locations instead of waiting for them to get shipped or dropped off by a different coworker and even completed the work sooner than expected so our weekend road trip plans were only delayed slightly and not canceled entirely. They even dropped my car off at my house to help us get our road trip started as quickly as possible.

I always get my oil changes at Honest-1. I like how the oil change comes with a thorough inspection, and that you can get coupons online or through the mail. I think the staff at Honest-1 are very trustworthy. They do not overcharge for labor costs and only recommend services when actually necessary. I also like the waiting area, which has very comfortable chairs, a TV, and snacks. Chris was very professional and helpful. I made a list of the services I wanted, and he checked each one off after documenting them in my file. The ease of mind I get from Honest-1 that my car is maintained in good shape is worth the cost!

Just use them for a synthetic oil change. Service was fast and timely I would recommend.

Repair was done quickly, got detailed info about issues I can address in addition to the initial problem without being pressured to get it done now. Since I had no other transportation, I was given a ride home and was picked up to return when my car was done. Everyone was helpful, informative, professional, friendly. Thanks Nick and crew!
