These guys go above and beyond. After getting back from a long trip at the airport, my car was not working and I got stranded in Minneapolis. I live 3 hours away and have no friends or family in the area. These guys do customer service exceptionally. They dropped me off(even though it was after hours) and picked me up from my hotel because I had no other means of transportation AND they got the car fixed by the next day so I could go on my way home. These guys do customer service above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Chris did a good job communicating what was wrong with my car. They had a quick diagnosis and when I picked up my car, I could tell right away that they fixed the problem.

I bring all of my cars to Honest 1 on 60th and Portland. I feel like they repair my car like they would repair their own. There's never any pressure to do "extra" work. Nick is especially knowledable about all aspects of the proposed repair. I would never take my cars anywhere else.

I am updating my review; I brought my car into Honest the first time for a coolant leak and didn’t have a good experience. The management reached out to me and while it wasn’t resolved due to my work schedule I was satisfied with the outcome. I brought my car into there the second time and was a little surprised at the overall cost but I called 3 other companies who gave me estimates and Honest was within 250 of them. This time I brought my girlfriend’s car in for an oil change, Nick gave us a web discount and also gave us some info on what we can do in the future to it and the pricing on it. Overall my opinion changed regarding this business from the first time I used them from the last time I used them.

Came in for an oil change and ended up having to spend a lot more than anticipated due to a nail stuck in my tire. Besides that, the service was great and quick. I didn’t have an appointment and it was ready for pick up in 3 hours. Thanks Chris!
