I don't recommend it. We went in with a $19 coupon for an oil change (on our first ever visit). We left with a $400 bill. We were encouraged to purchase TOO many things. I don't think we will go back.

Thank goodness! I have found my trusted go-to mechanics. They did thorough and quality work on my Silverado 2500, and Chris couldn't have been more helpful. We are so pleased with this shop.

They also fixed my sunroof. This is where I have been going for years. They always do a wonderful job and are so pleasant to deal with. I recommend them as often as possible.

I am not a super vehicle savvy gal and have been financially 'raked across the coals' by other shops in the past. Over time, I have learned you do not need a new air filter at every oil change, 'blinker fluid' is not real and drum breaks do not require additional powder as they come powder coated. ☆ENTER H1 AUTO DIAMOND LAKE☆ The H1 Auto Diamond Lake team, specifically Chris, #AMAZING! They took the time to explain to me what was happening with my vehicle, without mansplaining and making me feel stupid. They identified "to-dos" that matched the mileage on my vehicle to maintain the warranty. They did not pressure me to do everything that day. Instead, they helped me develop a plan of action based on priority of work needing to be done (i.e. oil change, transmission flush, brakes, etc.) and my personal budget. The team at H1 Auto Diamond Lake takes customer service to the next level! I highly recommend H1 Auto Diamond Lake to ANYONE who is looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

Repaired my tire fine (expensive), but then told me I had no life left on my rear brakes. I took them apart myself and they still have at least 25% life on them. Just beware them up selling!

Matt, brakes are a major part of vehicle safety. Much like putting gas in your vehicle, you don't want to wait until its at 0% to do something about it. We understand why you feel your brakes can go a little longer, but we value safety and always try our best to educate our customers about services that will need to be addressed in the near future.
