Extremely convenient services with friendly staff. They texted updates regarding inspection and service estimate. They were forthcoming about work that needed to be done versus what was not necessary.

I’ve had a good relationship with these guys for a while now. They’re transparent, upfront, and willing to work with you to get the job done. It’s nice having an auto shop you feel good about.

Chris Z. was great and handled all my needs professionally. Helped me line up a tow truck and took care of everything else the rest of the way. Highly recommend!

Brought my car in for a coolant leak. Mentioned that it was a substantial leak and to make sure they get it fixed. Charged me 600 dollars to replace the thermostat housing which i was skeptical that the leak was coming from there but soooo wanted to trust a mechanic . Part was 130 which you can get for 30 dollars and the labor on it was 1.3 hours along with an oil change and compression check there was no reason to be charged 600 dollars but I though you know what, if they fixed the problem fine. Well they didn't at all. I have the same leak and the same problem. Wont be going back and wouldnt recomend this place to anyone. It is a shame that it is next to impossible to find a reliable honest mechanic shop. Update: I had no choice but to bring my car here again. I had a good experience this time. The problems were diagnosed and it was pricey but Chris sympathized with me and took some off and he was very clear and told me my car would be ready at a certain time and it was.

They keep my old truck in shape. They are clear on cost and friendly to boot. I recommend Honest 1 .
