Chris was able to get my engine troubles addressed promptly and completely, even during Christmas week!

Have gone here for years and had positive things to say up until this last time where one guy behind the counter made feel HORRIBLE for not being able to pay for other services that need to be done to my car. They would usually tell me what needs to be done with the oil change and then I would go elsewhere because I am POOR and can’t afford their prices to get anything else done. This last time he proceeded to get intro a yelling argument with my mother and basically said we were taking advance of their services. I can’t afford their services. So, it’s logical that since I can’t afford it, I go elsewhere. So unprofessional. How dare you.

Chris was so helpful in checking out many issues I was concerned out, getting back to me quickly with diagnostics and walking me through my options. He was even patient with me as I took time deciding what I wanted to do. He was honest and professional. I will continue going to honest 1 with any car issues I have, and I will recommend them to friends and family!

They listen to me. As a woman needing auto help, some places tend not to hear me and talk over me. They listen and make sure I understand what is going on.

Super friendly staff, and extremely professional. They worked easily with my car's extended-warranty contract, and performed major brake work that was completed in less than 24 hours. This local auto repair provider is the best in the Diamond Lake area, and all of South and SW Minneapolis.

I brought my car in for an oil change and had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back again for service as needed.

Got an oil exchange here and the service was phenomenal. First desk workers were very polite and we're very patient with all of the customers I saw them communicate with. Prices are very reasonable and average compared to others places. Just try and make sure you have their coupons!!

I'm always wary of auto places, as I've had experiences where I've been screwed over (or they have attempted to). I'm new to the area and needed a simple oil change and decided to give this place a try. The staff are awesome! They were right in time and reasonably priced. They pointed out one other minor issue and gave me the cost right up front with no pushiness to get it done or attempt to tack on other things. I appreciate their transparency and overall kindness. I'll definitely come back for my auto needs. I can't remember the gentleman's name that helped me, but whoever was working on 12/20 and also owns a Honda - thank you for the help! You were great.

Nick was very helpful and walked me through all of my options before anything was done to my vehicle. He helped make sure I understood the recommendations and also helped me prioritize what should happen now vs. what could wait for another day. I've never felt more in the loop during a service appointment. Thanks for the transparent, quick service!
