Diamond Lake Auto Repair

I was told I'd be giving the cheapest option when I went in for an emergency repair and left with confidence that they would give me a good deal. Come to find out they said it will cost $1,800. I Immediately said no, went to another auto shop and was told the price would be $450. Ridiculous. The name should be changed to "Greedy & Dishonest-1 Auto Care."

I just want to thank Christopher. I recently bought a used van. I heard metal scraping when i used the brakes. The dealership told me that they wouldn't fix it, that i was hearing things. I went into Honest-1 in a foul mood. They fixed the brake plate for $35. Very understanding and patient people! Thank you!!

Very happy with my experience! Good value, friendly and helpful staff, clean facility. Went in for brakes, an oil change, and tire rotation. They called me to check and see if my Subaru had been serviced at 60k before proceeding to call the dealer and make sure all the service items were completed. Delightfully thorough! Work was quality and addressed the issue with my vehicle. I forgot my coupon and they offered me a card good towards my next visit. Excellent. Excellent.

They do good work but their prices are way too high.

The guys at the store save my life if it wasn’t for the service writer Chris I’d probably be dead he let me know that the master cylinder on my car brakes was failing and my calipers were bad!!!
