As someone who doesn't know anything about cars and dosent have any one to tell me what's fair and not. Coming here to get my car fixed has been the best experience of my adult life. I really feel that they are giving me the best service at the best price. Especially Chris and Nick, they are always so nice and helpful.

I went to Honest-1 to get a second opinion on my car. Walser told me the engine was shot and turns out that was true, but Chris did the diagnostic for free and in the span of a few hours, and explained the issue so that I understood, unlike Walser who just told me I need a new engine. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend them!

This may have been the easiest and best auto repair experience that I have ever had. No nonsense or assumptions, they let the diagnostics find the issue the got the job done a bit earlier than expected. I'd highly recommend Honest 1!

Fast service

I've been bringing my car here for routine maintenance and oil changes for a couple years now. I have always been happy with the work done and anytime something unexpected has come up, they've always been great with updates. This is my neighborhood place but I would go out of the way to bring my car here.

Customer service was great! I brought my car in because I check engine light came on. Chris was able to determine what the issue was and fix it in a timely manner. He also said that if the check engine light comes on again anytime soon I can bring it back in for a free diagnostic!

My family is now on our third car that we have taken to this team and I won’t go anywhere else. We have needed simple things such as oil changes to more complicated repairs such as engine work. This team is always honest, reliable, and more than fair. I never have to worry that they are going to try and sell me something I don’t need. They give me a full list of anything my car needs and then work with me to figure out the things that have to be done and the things that can wait. Needing car repairs before this team was difficult and I always felt like some one wanted to sell me something I didn’t need. Honest One is our car care home.

If you're just getting an oil change exceptional anything beyond that and you will be paying far above what any reasonable mechanic would consider charging.
