Chris did a great job explaining all of the suggested repairs and helped us to understand which were safety related. Our daughter's car is pretty old, and we don't want to invest a lot in it. There was no high-pressure to do more. We bring all four of our cars to this location and are always satisfied.

I went in for an oil change the same day I made an appointment, and Honest-1 also helped with car maintenance. They offered me a clean loaner, which was a nice option. I picked up my car the next day with quick service. Chris was helpful and kind.

Chris at Honest One is awesome. I had a large repair bill that Chris that Chris worked out with my warranty company and fought for me take get everything that i had coming. He followed up me every step of the way. Because Chris was able to get everything cover I was able to repair my muffler and put on new tires (not under warranty). Great team in the neighborhood! They let you know what needs doing now, what can be safely deferred, and when your next scheduled maintenance task is coming up. The front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the mechanics are quick, thorough, and tidy. Prices are reasonable and they always have a good coupon running. Walk-ins and Drop-offs are almost always done the same day.

I recently visited Honest-1 hoping to get a tire patched. While that didn't quite turn out to be the case, Chris and Nick took great care of me. There were some discrepancies between what the manufacturer was suggesting and what the local dealerships recommended. At the end, Chris thoroughly researched the situation and made sure the solution we went with was a good one. I've been here before with other vehicles, and I will continue to return due to the attention to detail and focus on providing a positive customer experience.
