I've not had a problem with them. The work is usually pretty quick, and the staff are courteous. I drive an old car and don't care to learn all about how it works, I just use it to drive around. They haven't been a hassle so I'm content to keep using their services.

I've been coming here for close to 7 years and have had work done on both new and older vehicles. I'm always had nothing but the best experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and thoughtful enough to put tables outside since the waiting room is closed during the COVID pandemic. Every time I get work done here, I always feel like the estimates and advice given are completely honest and accurate. I never feel as though I'm being up-sold or told I need to do anything other than what actually needs to be done.

I have used honest one for a couple years and they continue to give me great service they are easy to work with and get you in fast and back on the road, I big shout out to Chris at the Richfield location who even helped me with a repair to my son's tire on his scooter this week as thier was no bike shops available, Great bunch of guys they have continued to earn my business for all my family's cars.

They went above and beyond to get my car fixed right the first time and also contacted the near by repair shop who had worked on the car previously to get some warranted parts that were damaged replaced saving me money & time.
