Spendy but worth the penny

I moved away from the area and came back for a new job. I needed an oil change for my truck and I was very happy to get in a timely manner. Because I drive my truck up and down the highway very frequently I was burning through oil at a more rapid rate than I should have been. Chris let me know right away that I would need a treatment for all the carbon build up for being low on oil. He allowed me to make the decision based on his suggestion before doing the service. The staff is always knowledgeable and make me feel like they are being honest about what is needed and not just trying to gouge me for more money; that is VERY IMPORTANT to me and gives me respect for them and I will be back again!

The guys were able to fit me in as a walk-in. They gave helpful updates on timing so I'd know when it was done. No attempt to sell stuff I didn't need. So glad to have a neighborhood shop for basic maintenance! UPDATE a year later: Been here a few times for routine maintenance since moving to the neighborhood and I'm impressed each time. This is a good shop.

I drive an old car and the cluster won't Work, I tried the dealership and they told me they need to keep the car for 2 weeks with over a thousand dollars, charges, and no loaner car. That's when one of my co-workers told me about Honest-1 and I wasn't disappointed, because they took care of the issues within a few days, they gave me a free loaner car, and I saved few hundred in addition to that, they're very friendly. Highly recommended.

This is my go to auto repair place. I have had three different cars I have brought here in the last five years with significant issues: 1) Camry- the engine was blown (teenage son- yikes!). These guys diagnosed all of the issues and rebuilt the engine making the car better than it was when I brought it in. Great job! 2) Prius- I bought a used Prius for my daughter. It had electrical system issues and need general work to improve it's drivability. Again, quick diagnosis, great repairs and a reasonable price. The car continues to log many, many trouble free miles! 3) Prius #2- Another used Prius I bought inexpensively "as is". They did a thorough check of the car and made all the necessary repairs to make my investment worthwhile. Thanks! Honest-1 in Richfield is legit. Honest, reliable, nice work, friendly. What else are you looking for in a car repair place?

Very honest repair shop

I had a great experience here. They were very friendly and welcoming. I definitely will do business again as well as recommend them to anyone needing work done or even an oil change. They stand by their name.. HONEST.
