I'd never been here before yesterday, but Honest - 1 was recommended by AAA when I had to get my car towed because of my brakes. They were kind, efficient, and I didn't get talked down to (which is an experience I'm sure other women have also gone through when getting auto repairs done). After an unforeseen breakdown of my vehicle four hours away from home, I asked some friends that live in the Minneapolis area who they would bring their vehicles to. Honest-1 Auto on Portland was the response I received. They not only diagnosed the issue but also repaired it an hour and a half before the expected time. They then picked my daughter and I with all of our luggage up from a local hotel to bring us to our car. Everyone we worked with was incredibly friendly and helpful. About two hours into our drive home, my daughter realized that she forgot her school supplies in the shuttle vehicle and panicked. I called them right away and they generously offered to mail it all to us. Just like their promptness with my vehicle, her supplies made it back to us a day ahead of what they thought. I would highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Care. One of the best experiences with an auto body company. Thanks Joslin and all the guys there!!!

Absolutely impressed with the service here. They were able to get me in on very very short notice at an incredible price. I walked in the door, was offered service right away. Upon speaking with the gentleman at the front desk and handing over my keys, I proceeded to the waiting room to use the bathroom. When i walked in I noticed how clean and neat the waiting room was and the paint on the walls was perfect and no dings or dents in the walls. The floors were so clean you could eat off of them and the bathroom was even more impressive. For a mechanics business bathroom, you'd think this was an office complex bathroom. My home bathroom isnt as clean as this one. Beautiful decorations and clean, neat, beautiful walls and once again, the floor was so clean...well you could eat off of it. I'm so impressed with this place. I'm thinking about using this place as my go to mechanic. I live in Blaine, but for the service, I'm willing to travel. Thanks Honest 1!

I can't say enough good about this company. Shelby is so kind and understanding and helpful about working out a plan for a low income single mother. We will never go anywhere else for car repairs.
