Friendly staff, able to schedule me the day I called needing an appointment. They were punctual and got my brake pads and rotors fixed quickly so I could be on my way! The brakes work great now. Professional, knowledgeable mechanics, and I'm happy with the service I received!

I have seen the other location in Edina and thought are they really honest? I never went in. When the location on Portland opened, I received a flyer and decided to give them a try for an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and the waiting area inside and nice patio outside was clean and nice. The only thing I didn't care for was a customer came in with a big dog in the waiting area, wasn't there long, but I thought it was a beautiful day, why not wait outside? Pet owners should be more considerate of people that may have allergies, are afraid or just don't like dogs.

The people at Honest-1 were extremely helpful! They thoroughly checked my car to make sure there were no issues or future problems. I will definitely be returning for future check ups, oil changes, etc.

The guys were helpful and friendly on the phone before I even stopped by with my car. They were thorough in their diagnostics, did the legwork on my warranty coverage and had my alternator replaced same day. This shop is busy but the guys focus on each individual customer as though they were the only customer there. It's the way an auto shop should be: great customer service, straightforward, and very professional.

I noticed a nail in my tire, which wasn't yet leaking air, so I called at 7:15 am to see if I could get it pulled out and the tire repaired. Matt said come right in and by 8:30 I was leaving with peace of mind. Nice work and promptly.

We had liquid leaking heavily from our vehicle one morning. Honest 1 on Portland Ave. was able to get it in that day. They diagnosed the problem (split hose). They probably could have sold me on purchasing and installing a new hose but instead they said they could fix the one I had. I appreciated what I felt was their honesty and integrity, not to mention the quick service. We will try them again when we have future problems. I rarely give 5 stars for anything, so consider a 4 star rating to be very good.
