Diamond Lake Auto Repair

Needed an appt for an oil change, but that's fine - I just had to be NOT spontaneous :) They just opened in my neighborhood with a great price advertised on the reader board, with phone number. It worked to get me in. The two guys behind the counter could not have been more engaging, pleasant, prompt.... I even overheard the one guy (manager?) speaking to a co-worker very, very nicely. How refreshing. I'll likely be back

I have been takin my car to another repair shop for years. They just put an Honest-1 shop in our neighborhood not too long ago and when my car needed repairs I thought I would give them a try. They were so nice and helpful. My car repairs took two days but they kept me informed with what was going on the whole way. I don't think I will take my car back to the other shop ever again. I loved this place!!!

I was impressed with the way Matt communicated and the service he provided. He understood my situation, was prompt, and gave me options and possible consequences of my choices. I rarely give 5 star service ratings so 4 is pretty high praise. I would deal with Honest-1 again.

This was my first experience at Honest-1. I only went in for an oil change but the service I received convinced me to return. They were thorough, professional, and personable.

The manager Mike Ruoho was extremely helpful. He was quick to address the issue with my car but also provided personal attention during my visit. He was very patient with me also gave me space when I needed time to think about options. He took care my issue like he was taking care his own personal car. Not a lot of people other there make you feel that way. Mike, I really appreciate your effort.

They were able to fix the problem quickly. Probably could have gotten a better deal as far as price. But I would have had to wait a few days. Will most likely go back.

This was my first time at Honest 1 and I will definitely be back. I was pleased with the work completed and the price. Great customer service- everyone was very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Added bonus- their waiting area and restroom is nice and clean!
